2013 was a blockbuster year for new developments, but the units in many of those projects yet haven't closed. That means many of the year's best-selling buildings are ones that have been around for a little whilebut they're still successfully luring buyers into contracts nonetheless. Hey, it can take awhile to offload hundreds of units in bigger buildings, with several trickling onto the market at a time. The folks over at Property Shark compiled their annual list of the top 10 best-selling properties, which includes both repeat offenderslike waterfront One Brooklyn Bridge Park and spa-condo 515 East 72nd Streetas well as newcomers in Flushing and East New York. Yes, really.
