It's not unusual to see urban explorers sneak into abandoned buildings and subway tunnels, but One World Trade Center? The highest profile under-construction tower in the whole city? A 16-year-old teenager from New Jersey climbed through a hole in the construction fence, snuck past a sleeping security guard around 4 a.m. on March 16, and climbed all the way to the top floor of the tower. He explored for an hour before finally being arrested. Guess those highly touted security features don't start working until the whole site is operational? [DNAinfo]
