Maybe its developers were trying to do something a little different, but this new home plopped in the middle of two parking lots on Eighth Street in Park Slope feels more like a sore thumb than a neo-Classical townhouse. We do have to give the developers props for sticking so closely to the rendering, though. The home went on the market towards the middle of March, and has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Included is a garden-level income unit and two roof-top terraces. It's asking $2.99 million. Let's have a look inside, shall we?
Somewhat unsurprisingly, the site is being developed by the same team behind Four on Degraw.
