Employees at Upper West Side rental building the Windermere West End are accusing landlord Stellar Management of mistreatment, saying that the company is trying to fire them and replace them with cheaper non-union labor. Workers say that Stellar has been harassing them, writing them up for no reason, delaying overtime pay, spying on them via security cameras, and employing nepotism. Stellar Management has also gotten on tenants' and politicians' bad sides by banning rent-stabilized tenants from using the building's amenities. [NYDN; previously]
