Pride and Prejudice it isn't: Park Slope's newest condo conversion, The Bennett House, has an extra T and is also named for the building's architect Thomas. Seven rentals are now five condos at the 1909-built prewar with cute wrought-iron balconies on 2nd Street at Eighth Avenue, and two of the apartments hit the market Friday. Both available full-floor units have same four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout with both the second-floor unit and the identical one one level up asking $2,395,000. A quick StreetEasy search shows that four-bedrooms are rather hard to come by right now in the family-friendly neighborhood baby magnet; the other options are townhouses or a lone co-op. Phasa Development, which bought the building for $3.75 million in 2012, is holding onto one apartment, meaning there are two left to list.
