The tower formerly known as 3 Northside Piers and currently known as 1 North 4th Place now has a complete facade, Brownstoner reports, in spite of probably having its feelings hurt a whole bunch by the neighbors at 2 Northside Piers who smashed a piñata in its effigy. The 41-story, view-blocking high-rise does not look markedly different from Douglaston Development's renderings, which is to say that it is very tall, very glassy, and on the Williamsburg waterfront. It was designed by FX Fowle Architects and will contain a total of 510 rental units, a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. No word yet on pricing, but you probably won't be able to afford to live there unless you can also afford things like customized piñatas.
