CROWN HEIGHTS1000 Dean Street is now officially complete following this morning's ribbon cutting ceremony. Developed by BFC Partners, Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group and Jonathan Butler, the former Studebaker service station was renovated and repurposed into a 150,000-square-foot complex for small business owners.
