Someone with a love for animal prints is looking to offload her "designer-renovated" apartment at 345 East 93rd Street near First Avenue. The listing photos show no less than a dozen pieces of animal-themed decorranging from what looks like a real hide rug to bright pink owl pillowsin the 750-square-foot unit, which the brokerbabble calls a "convertible one-bedroom," as the original bedroom wall has been replaced with "sliding mahogany and translucent glass doors." The bedroom also has a built-in storage system with a Murphy bed, "maximizing open space allowing different activities to overlap," and the kitchen actually looks quite large. Is the $548,000 price right?
