The freshly rebranded BKLYN Air (née Oro 2) is now open for leasing. DNAinfo dropped the first photos inside the 255 rental apartments, which range from studios to three-bedrooms. The 40-story building, designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, is topped by a 50-foot-long outdoor heated swimming pool, and there's an amenity space with a two-level fitness center and "built-in life size chess and checker game boards," and apparently, that's the "amenity package you've been waiting for." There are no live listings yet, but the website, the tagline of which is "Rent in the air, Play in the sky" says studios start at $2,315, one-bedrooms at $2,950, and "penthouses" will start at $8,500. Two-bedrooms will one bathroom will rent from $3,750, while those with two bathrooms will start at $4,570.
Other building amenities include bike storage, valet parking, and an in-house dry cleaner. Units have dark hardwood floors, washer/dryers, and kitchens have built-in Bluetooth speakers.
