Marolda Properties, the landlord that has been accused of mercilessly harassing rent-stabilized tenants in their Chinatown buildings, has been served a subpoena from the Division of Housing's Tenant Protection Unit. Governor Cuomo got in on the act, issuing a condemning statement about how "no New Yorker should be forced to live in fear of harassment by their landlord," so things are not looking so great for Marolda at this point.
