A group of 20 tenants at an Upper West Side building is suing the developer over its efforts to de-regulate their apartments. Argo Real Estate holds that the units at 360 Central Park West, between 94th and 95th streets, should be market-rate. In the offering plan for the condo conversion, those same units were portrayed as de-stabilized. Now the tenants and developer are locked in a court battle. Your move, Attorney General. [TRD]
