A condo project on the Upper East Side at 554 East 82nd Street has just begun marketing, with prices for two- to four-bedrooms ranging from $2.7 million to $4.85 million. The developer is Michael Paul Enterprises, a White Plains-based firm that bought the building two years ago for $4 million and filed permits to completely renovate the building, add a sixth a floor, and reduce the number of apartments. According to the Nest Seekers page, the building will have a part-time doorman, a virtual doorman, and a fitness facility. [BBH]
