Following an Indian court order for Plaza Hotel controlling stakeholders Sahara Partners to repay an owed $6 billion to bond investors causing them to put the iconic hotel on the market, the conglomerate has been playing hard to get with potential buyers. WSJ reports Sahara Partners is "willfully and deliberately" refusing to seriously accept offers. Those courting the hotel include developer Aby Rosen and hip-hop group Fugees founder Pras Michael.
