The developer behind one of the city's coolest residential conversions, 443 Greenwich, has just picked up another commercial property with plans for its new residential life ahead. MetroLoft paid $36.5 million to Extell Development for a loft buildingpart of its 14-building Ring Portfolioon East 25th Street between Park Avenue South and Lexington, which it plans to turn into rentals or condos.
