The Real Deal went down to the Attorney General's office to uncover the latest dirt on the 38-story residential tower slated to rise on East 59th Streetand that's pricing. A triplex penthouse measuring about 5,000 square feet at the Soo Chan-designed tower, which is replacing two low-rises between Lexington and Park avenues, will ask $30 million. (Though that's relatively cheap if you consider its neighbors.) According to the offering plan TRD investigated, below that PH will be 28 other full-floor apartments starting on the eighth floor. (Below that, commercial space.) One-bedrooms are set to hit the market at $2.9 million, 2BRS at $3.7 million, and storage units for $45,000. Asia-based developer Euro Properties is behind the project, its first in New York City.
