Readers were not particularly impressed by this week's PriceSpotter, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the LEED Certified Gold Greenbelt Brooklyn, asking $1.195 million. One commenter nailed the price exactly, though, which always makes us a bit suspicious, but his/her name is GreenLivingNYC so maybe s/he is just especially attuned to the prices of eco-friendly buildings. The runners up are vanhalen, with a guess of $1.2 million, and Countess Luanne, who went with $1.15 million and opined "This looks like what someone from Pittsburgh imagines a cool SOHO loft to look like."
