Benenson Capital Partners and Mack Real Estate Group are teaming up to bring an eight-story, 114-apartment building "targeted towards millennials" to the block-deep former site of the Peter Stuyvesant Post Office on 14th Street between First Avenue and Avenue A, the Post reports. Robert Laudenschlager of SLCE, also behind Mack's Williamsburg project, will design the building. The 134,000-square-foot structure will have ground floor retail, an interior courtyard, outdoor amenity space, a gym, a rec room, a private lounge, and a private dining room. Construction is expected to begin in the spring.
