A Queens neighborhood that's been dubbed the next Brooklyn (or one of them) is starting to command comparable prices. A development site in Ridgewood at Woodward Avenue and Troutman Street near Linden Street Cemetery just hit the market asking $33 million; the parcel was rezoned from industrial to residential last year and could house up to 155 apartments if 43 of them were affordable. Brokers are marketing the site with a rendering of a rental building, but anything could happen. Your move, developers. UPDATE: The listing has now been taken down; it was apparently posted in error. Stay tuned. [Wyckoff Heights; previously]
