The Hudson Yards hotel-condo tower shaped like a Chinese lantern that's planned for Eleventh Avenue may be a no go unless the developers work out their disagreements. Chinese firm Kuafu Properties wants to ax Sean Ludwick's Blackhouse Development as well as Siras Development, a firm founded by Ludwick's former partners, from the project. It makes sense, in part because of Ludwick's personal track record, but Kuafu says they're currently in a "deadlock" over the partnership with "many millions" hanging in the balance.
