After more than a decade of will-it-won't-it, the Barclays Center has legitimately sprouted its green roof. The tiles started getting installed in May, and now, Arch Paper reports (by way of Brownstoner), the roof is nearly complete. Not only is the roof attractive in its own right, it really softens the brown rust color of the rest of the structure. It's set to be completed in September.
