Just a few months after putting it on the market, the Cobble Hill home of Beastie Boy Mike D. (alias Diamond) and director Tamra Davis has sold for just under its initial asking price. The Baltic Street townhouse, which the brokerbabble called "meticulously renovated and aesthetically re-imagined," was initially listed for $5.65 million, and it sold for $5.48 million. (Is the buyer aware that amateur porn was once possibly shot there? We're assuming yes, if they have an Internet connection.) Diamond and Davis led the renovation of the townhouse, which featured design elements that were customized by the couple (such as the Brooklyn-themed FlavorPaper wallpaper); they've since moved on to designing and developing other Brooklyn townhouses, including one on the corner of Pacific Street.
