New renderings are out for the interiors at 160 Leroy, the Ian Schrager developed West Village condo building, that as of last week already had half of its 49 apartments in contract. Buzz Buzz Home has obtained renderings that reveal images of a courtyard on the ground floor of the building, a swimming pool, one of the bedrooms, which has a fireplace and expansive views of the city, a bathroom with clear glass windows (weird), and a sleek kitchen.
Schrager worked with Herzog & de Meuron on the project. Apartments range from $2.6 million for a one-bedroom to $25 million for a five-bedroom. The building also features a 7,500 square foot penthouse.
