The Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed condominium building at 60 East 86th Street is taking shape, as seen in photos posted by Tectonic. Façade installation has reached the ninth of the building's 19 floors, which is the point where the building has a setback. Eventually, the Glenwood Management-developed project will have 15 units from a 12th floor three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom for $7.05 million to a 5,000-square-foot four-bedroom/four-bathroom/two-powder room penthouse with 829 square feet of outdoor space for an even $20 million. Construction is expected to wrap up this year.
