When the HFZ Capital Group-developed, David Chipperfield-designed The Bryant is completed in 2017, it will bring 57 condos and a 230-room hotel right across the street from Bryant Park. Eventually, the new building at 16 West 40th Street will reach 34 stories, but, as seen in photos posted by Field Condition, it is currently 14 stories up, with facade installation beginning on the lower floors. Sales launched in November and residential units will range from a $2.255 million one-bedroom with 1,067 square feet to an already-sold four-bedroom with 2,707 square feet that went for $9.435 million.
