Louis C.K., the real-life comedian who plays a fictionalized version of himself on the FX series Louie, has purchased another co-op in the West Village, TRD reports. The small studio at 345 West 4th Street sold to Mr. C.K. (real last name: Székely) for $564,900 after sitting on the market for over half a year. The studio is the third purchase in the building for the comedian and ex-wife, Alix Bailey. The duo also own two other units in the townhouse, where they first started snatching up units in 2006.
