Details on Annabelle Selldorf's forthcoming tower at 347 Bowery are still scant—the same rendering that has been circulating is the only one we've seen as yet for the development—but that hasn't stopped construction from progressing at the site. An update from EV Grieve shows that the building may have topped out, only a year or so after it started rising. True to the renderings, it looks like the top of the building is stepped-back with three different levels, and the structure appears to have reached its rumored 13-story height. The development, which replaced the old Salvation Army building at the corner of Bowery and East Third Street, is set to have just five three-bedroom apartments, along with ground-floor retail.
