Richard Meier, Rafael Viñoly, and Kohn Pedersen Fox will each contribute a building to Waterline Square, the reimagined project that will pick up where Riverside Center left off along the Hudson River between West 59th and 61st streets.
Another Riverside Center building has finally hit the market: Dermot Company’s 21 West End, where rentals are asking from $3,140 for a studio. The building’s amenities are extensive, to say the least.
It’s been more than two years since construction began on Riverside Center’s massive rental tower, set to bring 616 apartments to the Upper West Side, and in anticipation of move-ins (set to happen in June), its developers have released new renders.
