261 Hudson Street, a 12-story building located between Broome and Spring Streets on Hudson Street, is set to welcome its first group of tenants on April 15.
Duarte Square, a small park bounded by Sixth Avenue, Sullivan, Grand, and Canal streets may finally see some enhancements, even if they are just temporary.
The interiors were designed to give off an aesthetic that "was driven by the downtown Soho vibe." The result: apartments that are elegant enough to warrant some coos but subtle enough to avoid ostentatiousness.
So far, plans call for 167 condos with the apartments averaging 1,352 square feet in size. The building will also come with a 2,800-square-foot retail space at the base of the tower.

The condo project includes two residential towers that will rise to 290 feet and have 115 apartments spread out between the both of them. The project is being developed by a consortium of four developers and sales are expected to launch in the summer.
