My dinner at Per Se was all I expected and more. What I did not expect was something I uncovered while touring the kitchen. Nestled between the organic flour and the vanilla beans was a jar of Skippy Peanut Butter. With the lid askew, I had to ask myself, was that Skippy in my peanut butter foam? I quickly snapped a picture so I would have the evidence to prove that even the best kitchens in the world choose Skippy.
