Regular readers know that we have a certain fondness for The Bowery, that downtown thoroughfare that's gone from farmhouse to flophouse to penthouse in the span of a mere four centuries. Gazing at New York's map of the ol' byway, however?specifically the stretch between Stanton and Delancey Streets?we're overcome with another urge. Okay, sure, we've always hated Mission. Come to think of it, BLVD sucks pretty major ass, too. And of course there's all that hype about that place at the end of that alley. But seeing it all together, in one graphically pleasing format, is just too much. Somebody, anybody, make it stop. We beg you.
