Comes word that there's a luxury residential development slated for the glitzy Times Square area, "the heart of the Great White Way ? the block bounded by Broadway and Seventh Avenue and 48th and 49th streets, amid Lehman Bros. and the Renaissance and Crown Plaza hotels," reports the Post's Steve Cuozzo. Happily, there's still some local color left for future residents to enjoy: "It's also across the street from Lace Gentlemen's Cabaret, one of the few places that still sports a 'topless' sign."
