Blogger Ian Mount of ebway.org talks his way into the Lower East Side's newest hotel and reports on the workmanship: "The floor appears to be off-level; the red lobby rug alternately runs a half inch above and a half inch below the molding that edges it. A retarded monkey could provide similar workmanship."
