Kennedys Join Exodus to Park Slope

Is Brooklyn jumping the shark? Word on the street is that the Kennedy clan are packing up their 888 Park Avenue digs and moving to Park Slope. It's part of a larger trend. Reports Newsday, "Between 60 and 65 percent of new home buyers in the Slope have come from Manhattan in the last few years, according to Peter Noonan, vice president for the Corcoran Group."

Notes Aaron Bailey (at his blessedly returned blog 601am), "There goes the neighborhood... The question remains: Will they join the Park Slope Food Co-op?"
