I guess it was only a matter of time. Joe's Pizza on the corner of Bleeker and Carmine in the West Village has decided to close its prime location on the corner and utilize their other location just 3 doors down. Apparently the rent for the space is $15,000 per month. With not even 400 square feet and no basement one can only guess which big business will be taking it over. Joe's will be utilizing the space on and off during busy times through November. There goes the hood...
