Martin Zweig's $70 million penthouse at the Pierre has just hit the market, and already it faces stiff competition for the throne of NYC's most egregiously overpriced crib. Deborah Schoeneman reports that a $64 million condo at the Time Warner Center and a $45.5 million triplex at the Ritz-Carlton on Central Park South (above) are also available to discerning buyers.
