Gabriel Sherman reports that Meg Ryan is about to unload her raw space duplex atop 420 West Broadway in Soho for $4.5 million. Given that she paid $9 million for this duplex and another in August 2001, the deal makes Ryan the latest celeb to be cashing out without making out.
