New York rolls out its annual home design guide today. Shockingly, we're drawn to a fawning feature story about Paul Stallings, The Hotel On Rivington's developer who has moved his family into a 900 square foot loft on the building's 17th floor. The story offers a Stallings-friendly look at the four-year development saga, including fodder for the residential-conversion conspiracy theorists ("the closets have all the utilities running to them to allow a quick transformation to kitchenettes"). In other news, THOR seems to have missed its "late September" soft opening, and we are shocked.
