The development work underway at 70 Washington Street in Dumbo, already responsible for flying debris, is now changing the weather patterns of the neighborhood. A special Curbed correspondent reports from the front lines, "Either from sandblasting, sawcutting, and/or power-washing of the interiors, the breeze has been blowing residue-laden water on cars parked on the streets surrounding 70 Washington. Yuck."
