The NYT Real Estate section's "Living In" feature takes a break from outer suburbia to check out the East Village's Tompkins Square Park: "For a comparable space, prices in the Tompkins Square neighborhood tend to be about a third less than in the West Village, but that isn't the point, Ms. Pitta said.
