Commence the Year-End Foodie Awards

Food critic Andrea Strong celebrates one year of her email newsletter, The Strong Buzz, by handing out the first annual Buzzy Awards to new NYC restaurants. The criteria for selection, however, is a bit elusive:

No round up of The Strong Buzz?s first year would be complete without a nod to chef Dan Barber of the bucolic and beautiful Blue Hill Stone Barns, who provided me with one of the most hysterical (and at moments, quite delicious) meals of my life one Sunday this past May. Dan, I still adore you and your dedication to ingredients and farming, but you are the winner of the BUZZY FOR THE BEST PLACE TO GET INTO A CHEF'S PANTS.
Knew they called it Blue Hill for a reason.
