GlobeSt reports on a forum titled "Overabundance of Capital." One speaker remarked, "Real estate is a marriage," prompting a follow-up claim that "real estate has migrated more to an engagement." C'mon, folks, let's just call it what it is: a cheap and tawdry affair. Hey, at least the sex is good.
