If Hot in Harlem didn't exist, it would be necessary to invent it. Well, someone already did, kicking off coverage of the changing Harlem landscape earlier this week with a post about this wacky sign on the southeast corner of 125th and Lenox Ave. "I think the buidling is gearing up to be developed. About 6 months ago all of the retail on the ground floor was cleared out. I'm guessing the owner is trying to get the last of the residential tenants out (yes people actually live in this building.)"
