New Neighborhood Blog 1: Starts and Fits

Several promising new neighborhood weblogs have crossed our radar this week. First up is a blog from Aaron Donovan, a frequent Curbed tipster and the photographer who captured cleaning day at Columbia. Aaron's new site, Starts and Fits, covers a mix of land use and transportation issues from an uptown perch. He kicks off with a post about expansion at the Astor On The Park Hotel on upper Central Park West, writing, "It's nice to see economic development uptown, but I'm not sure that the addition is architecturally sound. In fact, it looks terrible." Our kind of guy!
