Oh, right: Ian Schrager and Aby Rosen are reportedly building 30 luxury apartments inside the Gramercy Park Hotel. The new condos, priced from $3.75m to $20m, are designed by name-brand architect John Pawson and will as birthright include a key to the park. Further, the delightful Deborah Schoeneman reports, "The second floor will be knocked out to give the lobby a higher ceiling, and the rooftop bar will become a private club." A private rooftop club? Man, how does Schrager come up with these crazy ideas?
