Raw outrage abounds over Brooklyn developer Bruce Ratner's latest and greatest experiment in mind control. Reports today's Post, "People who sell their apartments at 636 Pacific St. in order to make way for the arena must agree to publicly shill for his $2.5 billion plan and 'testify in favor of the project at hearings' if requested." Further, "The contract adds that sellers within the building should use their 'best efforts' to 'cause non-selling unit owners to enter into contracts with purchaser [Ratner].'" Folks, we're watching a modern-day master at work. One day, we'll tell our kids we saw Ratner when?if, that is, we're not contractually obligated not to mention it.
