Reports the Daily News, "Last spring, Corcoran senior vice president Jerry Minsky hit a record high for a single-family Bed-Stuy home sale by getting $526,000 for 608 MacDonough, a renovated three-story townhouse with five fireplaces. The asking price had been $499,000. Now, due to work obligations on the West Coast, the buyer is putting the house back on the market?for $134,000 more than he paid." Yes, that's $660,000. (N.B.
