More from Ratner-land: apparently, some Brooklyn renters are upset that property owners are getting "rates far above market value" from the developer while tenants have merely been promised that Ratner will "relocate displaced renters" in "comparable housing." One renter is bitter that he's poured over $100,000 into his apartment?money, and time, that he'll never see a return on. In Manhattan, there's a name for those kind of people: American Media employees.
