City Releases Hudson Yards Plan

The Hudson Yards West Side development plan officially entered the City's review process yesterday, meaning that for the next seven months, it's officially okay for detractors to scream. The basic parameters of the plan are nothing new (rezoning the far West 30's to encourage commercial and residential development; extending the 7 Train, something about a stadium), but now there's a 6,000 page environmental impact plan to digest. Curbed promises a full report no later than December 31, 2007.
