What, you may ask, is Starwich? It's a new sandwich shop in Hell's Kitchen that soft-launched last Thursday. This outpost?the first in a microchain that promises to blanket NYC and stretch from Washington, DC to Boston?is sort of the anti-Pret: custom sandwiches made from 100 trendy ingredients like lobster, lump crab meat and pomegranate duck.
