The bad news keeps coming for Mary Kate and Ashley. First, they're told that their $3.5 million apartment at Morton Square won't be ready for September move-in. Oohhhkay. They make alternate arrangements, leasing a 3,500 square foot co-op at 133 Wooster in Soho for $14,000/month. Until, that is, the co-op owner got cold feet and cancelled the deal. Reports Braden Keil's tipster, "They were supposed to move in this week, and [the owner] basically told them that she thought they weren't going to get through the board. Maybe she confused them with the Hilton sisters."
